Q01. How will I receive the coupon, and how fast?

  • Currently, you can get your coupons in any of three ways below:

    1. After you make the payment with PayPal, please click on the "Complete Purchase" button to retrieve your coupon.

    2. Or, you can also retrieve your coupon at Order Look Up, using your invoice ID in your PayPal receipt in your PayPal account or email confirmation (the invoice is is the lower case alphanumeric string right below the payment total in the receipt).

    3. We will also send the coupon retrieval link to your Paypal registered email immediately upon your payment.

    Our delivery system works 24x7, so you will never get your coupon late.

Q02. Staples says "Coupon already redeemed" when I add my Staples coupon to my order. What's wrong?

  • Staples only allows any customer account to redeem ONE coupon offer with the same first 5-digit (identified by our coupon SKU). For example, if you have redeemed one coupon starting with '12345', you can no longer redeem another coupon starting with '12345' in the same account. You will get an error like 'Coupon already redeemed' when you add that coupon to your order. This limit only applies when you try to redeem the coupons online or by phone.

    To get around this, you can order a different SKU from us. Different SKUs we offer have different first 5-digit. If you order a different SKU but still get the same error, please contact us immediately.

Q03. I have made the payment, but have not received the coupon in email. Where is it?

  • Email delivery is not the only way to get your coupon. You can always retrieve your coupon at Order Look Up, using your invoice ID in your PayPal receipt in your PayPal account or email confirmation (the invoice is is the lower case alphanumeric string right below the payment total in the receipt).

    To find our delivery email, please make sure you have checked all folders (including spam/junk mail) of your Paypal registered email. If you still cannot retrieve your coupon, contact us immediately.

Q04. It says "We could not currently process your coupon..." when I add the staples coupon to my order. What's wrong?

  • Staples sometimes does maintenance for its coupon system. During that time, no coupon can be applied. You may wait for 30 minutes and try again.

Q05. How does the 24-hour money back warranty work? What's your refund policy?

  • Under our 24-hour moneyback guarantee, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if there is a problem with our coupons. if there is nothing wrong with our coupon, the refund will be at our discretion and may subject to a restocking fee.

Q06. My order is canceled by Staples. Can I return the coupon for refund?

  • We only sell the coupons, not buying service or anything else. We can not and have no responsibility to ask Staples to fulfill your order. Please contact Staples regarding your canceled order. Usually, if your order is canceled due to Staples' fault (like item out of stock), you can contact Staples customer service to request manual credit adjustment when you place a new order in the future.

    Under our 24-hour moneyback guarantee, you can only request a refund if there is a problem with our coupons.

Q07. The item I want to order is out of stock, or I change my mind, so can I return the coupon for refund?

  • Under our 24-hour moneyback guarantee, you can request a refund only if you have NOT retrieved the coupon, so please make sure the item you want to order is still in stock before retrieving your coupon. if you have retrieved your coupon or just change your mind, a refund will be granted ONLY if you haven't retrived your coupon.

Q08. I ordered a wrong coupon, so how can I get it replaced?

  • please contact our customer service for a replacement. if you can't wait, please order the correct coupon from us and request a full refund for the wrong one ordered.

Q09. Can I use Staples coupon on the purchase of laptop, desktop computer, Kindle, Nook, or tablets?

  • No. None of Staples coupons can be used on the purchase of laptop, desktop computer, Kindle, or tablets. Even if you may add it to your cart and submit the order successfully, most likely, your order will be canceled later.

Q10. How can I verify an in-store coupon before I go to the store?

  • Logout if you have login, and clear your browser's cache files and cookies. Click the shopping cart, and then click "Add/Edit your coupons". Click "Continue" under "I do not have a Username and password". Now input the coupon code (usually a 16-digit code) to check the validity of the coupon.

Q11. How can I get a free coupons? What is the "Referral Rewards Program"?

  • To have more people enjoy our produts and service, we are now offering the "Referral Rewards Program" to promote our website. You may earn your credit towards free coupons through this program.
